Are you ready for some football? We’ve got some simulated Monday night football as DraftKings provides another nice slate of Madden streams. The featured three-game slate kicks off at 6 p.m. ET when the Patriots visit the desert to face the Cardinals. At 8 p.m. ET in primetime, the Chiefs are in action against the Browns. The most even matchup of the night is on “Madden After Dark,” though when the Saints visit the Jaguars in a matchup of teams that have done well in these sims and would be in the midst of the hypothetical playoff hunt through 49 sims for each team.

Check out the daily DraftKings Madden Stream contests with paid contests for real cash prizes now available alongside free contests. Along with single-game Showdown contests focused on each individual game, there is an early slate of games that includes Madden Stream games at 12 p.m. ET, 2 p.m. ET and 4 p.m. ET, followed by the featured slate, which focuses on the sims at 6 p.m. ET, 8 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET. Each simulation will be played out computer vs. computer via an online Madden Stream using Madden 2020 with rosters and ratings from the end of the 2019-20 season. In this format, you can enjoy watching the game stream on the DraftKings YouTube channel, the DK Live app (download here) or right here in this post.

The six teams playing on Monday night give us some interesting options to consider, and I’ve highlighted my favorite stud and value play for each roster spot below. Patrick Mahomes, KC at CLE, $8,100 — Mahomes has been torching every defense in Madden with his 99 overall rating and went off for 31.34 DKFP on four touchdowns and 311 yards in his most recent contest. He has thrown a massive 118 touchdowns through his first 49 sims while averaging over 275 yards per sim. He has produced an average of 21.7 DKFP while no other QB on this slate has averaged more than 19 DKFP. Mahomes is in a good matchup as well against the Browns, who he had 28.38 DKFP against in the teams’ first meeting in these sims. He is the only QB in the game with a perfect rating and has lived up to that billing lately with multiple touchdown passes in seven of his past eight contests.

Gardner Minshew II, JAX vs. NO, $5,400 — With elite options at other positions, maybe you want to spend down at QB, and Minshew is a great way to do that as the cheapest starter on the slate. He’s a huge savings compared to the elite options above and he’s even $700 less than Baker Mayfield ($6,100), who is the next cheapest starter. Minshew does have upside, though, as he showed with 19.2 DKFP against the Chiefs and Mahomes in his most recent sim. He had a similar 19.62 DKFP when the Jags upset the Saints in the teams’ first meeting this sim season, throwing three touchdowns in that contest. Although he is a volatile option, the upside is there for Minshew, who has 19-plus DKFP in nine of his past 14 sims.

Alvin Kamara, NO at JAX, $6,600 — The top two RB plays go head-to-head as Kamara takes on Leonard Fournette ($6,200) and the Jaguars. Kamara has a significant 37-to-27 touchdown advantage and is averaging a solid 16.0 DKFP per sim. He had two touchdowns in his most recent game against the Jets and finished with 26.3 DKFP. The Jaguars’ run defense usually isn’t great but they shut down Kamara in the teams’ first meeting. I think he’ll fare much better in the rematch, especially if he gets involved as a receiver as well. Kamara has caught multiple passes in nine straight games and 13 of his past 14.

Damien Williams, KC at CLE, $5,400 — Williams opted out of the real season but is still very much a part of these sims and has been a key contributor for the Chiefs. The dual-threat RB has scored 26 total touchdowns and is averaging 58.5 rushing yards and 16.8 receiving yards per game. He has scored a touchdown in each of his past two sims and has over 19 DKFP in three of his past five contests. He had a three-touchdown game in his first meeting with Cleveland, finishing with 36.0 DKFP despite finishing eight yards short of the bonus with 92 rushing yards to go with his three catches for 38 yards.

Tyreek Hill, KC at CLE, $7,400 — Even though he doesn’t match Michael Thomas’ ($7,800) 99 overall rating or Odell Beckham Jr.’s ($7,000) 99 spectacular catch rating, Hill has out-produced each of those options by relying on great QB play from Mahomes and his 99 overall speed rating, which is the highest of any player in the whole game. Hill has a crazy 46 touchdown catches in his 49 games and is coming off a three-touchdown, 153-yard game against the Jaguars that netted him 44.3 DKFP. He has over 17 DKFP in four straight and in eight of his past 10 games. He can take any catch the distance and should have space to operate against the Browns, who let him catch seven passes for 136 yards, a touchdown and 29.6 DKFP in the teams’ first meeting. Although he definitely isn’t cheap, Hill brings so much upside, it’s hard to pass on him at any price.

D.J. Chark Jr., JAX vs. NO, $5,600 — As a low-priced WR1, Chark has been outstanding in these sims since he usually gets plenty of volume and is especially effective in the red zone. Chark had 33 touchdowns in his first 47 sims, averaging 3.9 catches for 66.5 yards per contest. Jacksonville will need him to step up again if they want to beat the Saints. Chark hauled in a pair of scores in their first meeting and totaled 21.3 DKFP.

Ted Ginn Jr., NO at JAX, $3,800 — Ginn has had success all sim season working across from Michael Thomas. He has at least five catches and double-digit DKFP in each of his past three games while scoring three touchdowns in favorable matchups against the Falcons, Bucs and Jets. He had five catches against the Jaguars in their first meeting as well for 71 yards and 12.1 DKFP. If he gets similar volume in the rematch, he’ll be a great value option and have a high ceiling.

Travis Kelce, KC at CLE, $6,200 — Even though Hill has been outstanding, there has been plenty of production left for Kelce, who has caught 23 touchdowns of his own while averaging 5.2 catches for 68.4 yards per sim. His high volume makes him a PPR monster and gives him both a high ceiling and a high floor. He had six catches for 80 yards and 14.0 DKFP in his first meeting with Cleveland, who has been very generous to opposing TEs throughout these sims.

Ben Watson, NE at ARI, $4,800 — The Cardinals’ DST has also been a great matchup for opposing TEs, so Watson should be in a good place to continue his strong sim season. Watson also averaged 5.2 catches per game for 65.5 yards per game over his first 48 contests with 20 touchdowns, almost matching Kelce’s totals. He had seven catches for 69 yards against Arizona in their first meeting and will be a solid play under $5K in this rematch. With the volume Kelce and Watson regularly receive, it makes sense to consider a two-TE set using one in your flex spot on this slate.

Patriots DST at ARI, $3,200 — The Patriots have been excellent at pressuring the passer in these sims, piling up 110 sacks in the first 48 sims. New England has 31 takeaways and three defensive touchdowns as well and has actually been even more productive on the road, where the Patriots average 5.7 DKFP per contest. New England gets a great matchup against the turnover-prone Cardinals and rookie QB Kyler Murray ($6,300).

Jaguars DST vs. NO, $2,700 — Although taking on the Saints is never an easy task, at least the Jags’ DST gets them outside of the Superdome. The New Orleans offense has been good all sim season but not unbeatable. Jacksonville forced a pair of turnovers in the teams’ first meeting and finished with a solid 6.0 DKFP. The Jags were just crushed by Mahomes and the Chiefs but had been doing pretty well before that. Jacksonville is the cheapest defense on the board as well, and you may be tight on salary if you have to spend up for stars in other spots.
