People worldwide are reporting having trouble connecting to internet services Sunday morning, according to the outage map Downdetector.

The map shows people in Wake Forest and areas near Cary, Raleigh and Durham were reporting issues connecting to the Internet.

Internet experts posted on social media that the outage is being experienced in a significant parts of the world.

Even though you may not have CenturyLink internet, locations you may be trying to get to — like video streaming streaming services — could be inaccessible or slow Sunday morning.

It is unclear how long this outage will last, what the cause of it is, and how much longer it will be until internet is restored.
