Sheffield United will be hoping to give their chances of European qualification a major boost when Chelsea visit Bramall Lane in Saturday’s Premier League clash.

The Blades are well in the mix for Europa League football as they sit in seventh place, seven points adrift of fifth and a potential Champions League slot.

Having won 13 points from the last available 15 on home turf, they are available at 11/2 (6.50) with bet365 to pull off a major victory against their third-placed opponents.

Frank Lampard’s team has won seven of the last eight fixtures in all competitions, and is priced at 11/20 (1.55) to extend that strong form by coming out on top here.

The sides shared a 2-2 draw when they met at Stamford Bridge in August’s reverse encounter, and you can get odds of 3/1 (4.00) on them cancelling each other out once again.

Oli McBurnie will be monitored after coming off early in the victory over Wolves, while John Fleck remains sidelined with a groin injury.

Fikayo Tomori and N’Golo Kante are unlikely to feature due to injury, although Mateo Kovacic should be involved after recovering from an achilles tendon issue.

The Blues largely have their prolific frontline to thank for their strong recent run, with 14 goals scored in five matches since the restart more than making up for the seven goals conceded and just one clean sheet.

However, they have been particularly vulnerable on the road all season, only keeping one clean sheet in 17 league away games and letting in 10 goals in just the most recent five.

Chris Wilder’s men took full advantage of this generous defending in coming back from two goals down to draw at Stamford Bridge last August, and will back themselves to strike at least once for the 11th home game in 12.

In fact, odds of 19/20 (1.95) look too good to pass up on both teams getting on target for Chelsea’s 15th away league game in 17, as well as a fourth match in five for Sheffield United.
