Lifeblood Executive Director Cath Stone said fewer donors have been making appointments recently and across the country, 1,200 donors every day cancel their donations or no longer show up..
Ms. Stone said 31,000 donations per week are needed across Australia to help patients in times of trauma, major surgery, cancer treatment, pregnancy, and a host of other situations.
