New Delhi, October 21 (IANS) Andre Russell, man of the Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament last season, was first crashed in this year’s edition when Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) left him out of the XI of play in Wednesday’s game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)
