Melbourne [Australia], October 29 (ANI): The Melbourne Renegades confirmed on Thursday the signing of two overseas stars – Imran Tahir and Noor Ahmad for the next edition of the Big Bash League (BBL)
Tahir, the South African spinner, brings over 300 matches of T20 experience to the Renegades and will be available for post-Christmas matches. His absence from the pre-Christmas matches will be filled by Afghan spinner Noor Ahmad
With Mohammad Nabi’s signing confirmed this week and the Noor / Tahir combination also secured, the Renegades have a remaining international spot on the roster after Cricket Australia’s announcement allows each club to sign a third international player. the first time, the three international rookies will be able to take the field in a starting XI this season
