Penn State football expanded its receiving squad on Friday night when Winston Eubanks announced his transfer to the program
Eubanks, who previously attended the University of Shippensburg (Division II), announced his decision via his Twitter account
Eubanks topped the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) in his three years on the field for the Raiders After redshirting his first year, he totaled 148 receptions worth 2,853 yards and 28 touchdowns the next three years
His outstanding performances helped him win All-PSAC East Division first-team honors in all three seasons In addition, he was named a freshman of the PSAC Eastern Division in 2017
He was team captain for Shippensburg during the 2019 season and earned the same honor for the 2020 season before announcing his transfer decision
Eubanks is the second Division II wide receiver to join the Nittany Lions in the past two seasons Last season Weston Carr came to Penn State as a graduate transfer after spending his undergraduate years at Azusa Pacific
