West Bromwich Albion host Burnley tonight as both sides attempt their first Premier League win of the season
West Brom has scored five respectable goals in four games, but they struggled on the other end, trailing 13, and will need to tighten up to get three points here Burnley is rooted at the foot of the table and will need a much improved display after their 3-1 defeat by Newcastle last time around

Burnley was hampered by injuries towards the end of last season and the start of it, but now Sean Dyche has almost a full squad to choose from
Despite the difficult start to the season, he is convinced his team will come out and start scoring points He said:

Sean Dyche’s Burnley is in horrible form They are on a club record of four consecutive Premier League defeats, including their last game of last season
The last time they lost five in a row in the top flight was in January 1976
Additionally, the Clarets could lose their first four games of a top-tier season for the first time since 1927-1928 if West Brom beat them tonight
West Brom goalkeeper Sam Johnstone said three points against Burnley tonight would be a « massive confidence boost » for the club after taking just one point from their first four Premier League games
« Three points would be huge We go into every game wanting three points and we’re going to give it our all,
« I think Monday is a great chance to get three points, but we’ll have to play well, be on our game and bring it to Burnley
« A win would be huge We had some tough first games, we took a little break, worked on things and this month is huge For guys getting three points, for all the work we’ve done , would be great Hope we can do that
« It was good to have a break It was tough weeks with all the preparation and the game We had a few days off and then we came back for a double session every day on the pitch A few guys are left with the internationals and we had the chance to work on things and get ready for Monday night
« It will be a different test Every game in this league will be different We are excited for this, we are ready to go and I think three points against Burnley would be a huge confidence booster for the boys and for the club »
Burnley is still chasing his first points of the season and will imagine himself against West Brom tonight
Thier’s 2-1 win in last meeting at The Hawthorns in March 2018 ended a 10-game run without a win in that game
But West Brom has scored in each of their last 25 games against Burnley, dating back to December 1969
Karlan Grant could make his West Brom debut after arriving from Huddersfield but Callum Robinson is self-isolating and compatriot Hal Robson-Kanu came out with a broken wrist
Burnley’s Bailey Peacock-Farrell and Johann Berg Gudmundsson were injured on an international assignment and will be assessed before the match to see if they are fit enough to play
