So this is what I think it is So go look at the roster and look at some of the names in front of him I’m not going to read it, but Ja Morant is ahead of him Ja Morant won Rookie of the Year , Zion hasn’t But I think when we looked at this by game, Zion was the best rookie this season, or he’s going to be the best player in this rookie class I don’t think there’s any doubt about this topic In terms of base per minute, all of this What I think hurt him were injuries and very poor bubble play
I think Zion should be higher from a pure talent point of view But I think some of the brilliance started to come off of him a bit maybe to some extent being like the shiny new thing in the NBA because of lack of minutes, conditioning issues and injuries
