TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) – Towson and the University of Maryland Baltimore County’s men’s basketball teams won’t compete as planned on Saturday afternoon due to a positive COVID-19 test involving a member of the Towson team, the Tigers said on Friday afternoon known.
The game is being postponed « out of caution » and both teams are trying to reschedule it, Towson said.
This is the final schedule change for the Tigers due to COVID-19. Towson was due to face Maryland on Tuesday, but the game was canceled.
