World News – USA – Cowboys activate OT Brandon Knight and add Tyler Biadasz to IR

On Saturday, the Dallas Cowboys conducted a series of roster transactions. It’s become a custom this season as expanded training teams and relaxed rules allow every NFL team to make last-minute changes to the roster every week.

More of this in week 11. Tackle Brandon Knight was activated from the injured reserve, center Tyler Biadasz was added to the injured reserve, and the team announced their two training team promotions prior to Sunday’s matchup in Minnesota.

Knight started for Dallas from week 2 through week 6. In his lonely no-start during that period against Cleveland, Knight came in at halftime to properly attack Terrance Steele and was an instant improvement. Knight injured his knee and had to undergo surgery after the Cowboys’ loss in Week 6 against Arizona.

Overall, Knight did a decent job on both the right and left, and while he may not have been called a starter in his first week, most Cowboys pundits believe Knight’s efforts earlier this year gave him that Have brought in right to complete the year as one of the two starting devices.

Biadasz was pushed into a starting role in the middle as a rookie, and he proved why many people thought Dallas was an excellent choice when they picked him in the fourth round in April. After starting Week 4 through Week 8, Biadasz injured his Achilles tendon while warming up before the game just before the Cowboys battle the Steelers.

Joe Looney recently returned from IR and will continue to anchor the offensive line in the middle position for Dallas.

This season, the NFL has given each team the opportunity to promote two members of the training team each week just before the team’s game. This week, cowboys sponsored cornerback Rashard Robinson and center Adam Redmond to improve the depth of the inner line.
